A reputed real estate company, Supertech Group Limited which was
established as far back as 1988 has to its credit a number of real
estate projects in Noida, Greater Noida (West), Greater Noida,
Ghaziabad, Moradabad, Rudrapur and Meerut. This ISO 9001: 2000 company
ventured into the Gurgaon Real Estate market in May 2012 with the
launch of Supertech Araville in Sector 79, Gurgaon.
The
management of Supertech Group considered it apt to name this project
after the Aravalli Range, as a scenic view of 'the miracle of nature'
will be availed by residence, once the project is completed and
possession is handed over to them. The project spreads across nearly 10
acres of lush green land, where six residential towers will be set
amidst beautiful landscapes. Not only is this location beautiful and
green, but it is also pollution free. So life here will surely be of a
good quality.
The location of this project is strategic. This is
validated by the fact that the project site is just off the National
Highway No. 8 (NH-8) and is close to the junction where the Northern
Peripheral Road (popularly referred to as the Dwarka Expressway),
Southern Peripheral Road and NH-8 converge. While the location will help

Possession of apartments in Towers B and C will tentatively take place by August 2015 while for those in Tower C it is likely to take place by May 2015. Foundation work is in progress for the construction of Towers E, F and A. The possession of flats for apartments in these towers is likely to take place tentatively by May 2015, March 2016 and June 2016.
